LaserLock™ presents the Ricochet™ Elbow. This elbow is constructed totally of a polyurethane polymer — not just a liner. The Ricochet™ elbow will greatly increase the resistance to abrasive materials. The ‘bouncing’ effect of the polymer reduces wear and tear that leads to the deterioration of many other types of elbows — such as rubber-coated, cast iron and even ceramic — by as much as 10 to 1. The elbow is also FDA approved. It can be ordered with raw, flanged or LaserLock™ clamp-together ends. This is the perfect component to handle very abrasive products such as sand, glass bead, grit, fiberglass and cement dust. The exterior handle and mounting flange allow for ease of installation and mounting in the system. The abrasive resistance of this elbow allows the total system to be constructed of lighter gages in the straight runs, which gives you a system that will last much longer than heavier gages at less cost.
